2020 Housing Conference

Honoring 2020 National Fair Housing Month & Celebrating the Anniversary of the Fair Housing Act.

The Fair Housing Council of Riverside County, Inc. (FHCRC) will host the 2020 Housing Conference on Wednesday, April 29, 2020.

This Housing Conference will be held at the Riverside Convention Center in the city of Riverside, California.

FHCRC’s Annual Housing Conference will bring together community nonprofits, government officials, lenders, builders, developers, policymakers, housing providers, Realtors and community leaders to discuss the future of housing in the Inland Empire.

The event includes keynote speakers, breakout sessions and draws in over 300 persons annually. The theme for the conference this year is “Innovative Strategies to Create & Promote Affordable Housing”.

Topics include:

  • Innovative, creative and actionable housing ideas that respond to the growing demand for affordable housing.
  • Strategies to eliminate the excessive barriers and impediments to building and converting affordable housing units.
  • Overcoming barriers and trends that influence the sales and rental market.
  • Fair Housing regulations that affect HUD-funded programs as well as Fair Housing trends.
  • Fair Housing Certification Training.
