Fair Housing 101 is designed for those new to the housing industry as well as experienced housing professionals wishing to refresh their understanding of housing laws.
Topics include:
- Introduction to Federal Fair Housing Laws
- Protected Classes & Unlawful Discrimination
- Fair Housing Accessibility
- Reasonable Accommodation/Modification
- Housing Harassment
Cost Per Person:
- 1-4 persons: $150
- 5-9 persons: $100
- 10-19 persons: $75
- 20+ persons: $50
- $300 per person for mandated training
